Indigenous Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Fraser Health seeks a Nurse Practitioner supporting Indigenous individuals, families, and communities across the lifespan. You will provide holistic, relationship-based care grounded in cultural humility and partnership. The practice integrates Indigenous and Western medical approaches within primary care.

• Assess, diagnose, and treat undifferentiated diseases and conditions
• Prescribe medications and initiate therapeutic interventions
• Monitor care and interpret diagnostic investigation reports
• Develop treatment plans and provide follow-up support
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary health professionals

• Current practicing registration with BCCNM as a Nurse Practitioner
• Recent relevant clinical nursing experience
• Three or more years providing culturally safe primary care
• Experience working with First Nations people and communities
• Ability to integrate Indigenous and Western medical practices
