As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will support residents and families through Amica’s social connection care model. You will contribute to personalized wellness plans, provide proactive care, and build connections with Health Care Providers. Effective communication supports your work with residents and team members.
Key Responsibilities:- Promote best practices in senior care
- Get to know residents and their families
- Contribute directly to personalized wellness plans
- Provide proactive care and perform assessments
- Build connections with Health Care Providers
- Current registration with the BCCNM
- Good standing with the BCCNM
- Current CPR certification
- Effective communication with residents and team members
- Long-term care or assisted living experience considered an asset
