Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct tree care operations, including chipping and shearing

• Complete tailgate records and maintain safety logs

• Assess plant health and perform necessary treatments

• Lead and supervise arborist crews on jobs

• Ensure public safety during work and manage client interactions

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of relevant arboricultural experience

• ISA Certified Arborist or equivalent training

• Class 5 Drivers Licence with Air Brakes required soon after hiring

• Certification in WHMIS and First Aid mandatory

• Excellent interpersonal skills with clients and teams
