Lead our landscaping crew and manage outdoor projects as a Landscape Crew Lead. We seek an experienced individual passionate about quality work and team guidance.
In this role, you will supervise a crew while performing essential landscaping services. You’ll motivate and mentor team members to ensure high-quality outcomes while maintaining effective communication with clients. Safety compliance and efficient job completion are key aspects of this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Directly manage a small landscaping crew while working
• Inspire, coach, and guide team members for success
• Deliver daily landscaping jobs in accordance with company standards
• Handle on-site client inquiries and concerns
• Comply with safety procedures in all tasks performed
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of landscaping experience required
• Prior experience in a leadership or crew lead role preferred
• Must hold a valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation is necessary
• Capable of physical labor on a daily basis
