At Pet Smart, the Pet Stylist is essential in ensuring both pets and pet parents have outstanding experiences. You will perform a full range of grooming services, recommend health solutions, and maintain salon cleanliness. This role also requires interaction with clients to schedule appointments and handle inquiries effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform full grooming services, including baths and trims

• Recommend health solutions based on pet needs

• Maintain cleanliness in the grooming area

• Handle client interactions for appointments and sales

• Assist in other departments as needed

Requirements:

• Prior grooming experience or salon training completion

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

• Composure under pressure
