Position: Expert Arborist Role with BCPHC

We are looking for an Arborist with at least 4 years of experience, preferably ISA Certified. You will engage in various activities: tree removals, stump grinding, and plant health care treatments. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills are essential to supervise crews and maintain a strong safety culture within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle climbing and tree cutting tasks safely

• Assess tree health and conduct risk evaluations

• Lead and ensure smooth operations with your team

• Communicate efficiently with clients and the public

• Keep records and ensure equipment readiness daily

Requirements:

• 4+ years of relevant arboricultural experience

• ISA Certified Arborist is a strong asset

• Must obtain Class 5 Drivers Licence with air brakes

• Certifications in WHMIS and First Aid required

• Attention to detail and result-driven mindset
