As a Landscaper, you will play a vital role in maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces for Mainstreet's portfolio of over 19,000 residential apartments. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including planting, mowing, snow removal, and ensuring safety in outdoor areas. Effective communication and time management are key for this position that offers opportunities for growth within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform general lawn care including mowing and weeding
• Conduct seasonal clean-up and snow removal tasks
• Manage ice hazards by spreading salt when necessary
• Remove garbage from sites and maintain cleanliness
• Ensure all equipment is well maintained and operational
Requirements:
• Previous landscaping or ground maintenance experience
• Valid AB Class 5 driver license required
• Capable of lifting 50 lbs minimum
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions
