Job Duties
Potting and planting plants and flowers
Weeding and general crop maintenance
Lifting, carrying, moving plants, trays and materials
Assisting with greenhouse production and maintenance
Performing general Greenhouse labor and other related duties as required
Requirements
No formal education or previous experience required
Plant knowledge is an asset
English is an asset but not required
Must be physically capable of repetitive bending, standing, lifting, and carrying throughout the workday
Must be able to work in a greenhouse environment and outdoors in various weather conditions
Must be willing to work up to 10 hours per day, 6 days a week
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team
