Reporting to the HR Manager, the Advisor will oversee health and safety protocols across the organization. With at least three years of relevant experience, this role involves conducting inspections, managing training, and ensuring adherence to COR standards. You will support management and staff while promoting a safe workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance Health & Safety Program policies

• Conduct site inspections and hazard assessments

• Provide safety training and toolbox talks

• Manage WorkSafeBC claims and return-to-work programs

• Monitor and report on safety performance metrics

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years in health and safety for construction

• Qualification in Occupational Health & Safety

• Intermediate First Aid certification required

• Valid BC Driver's License and reliable travel vehicle

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Procore
