Quality Assurance Technician

The Quality Assurance Technician will support the integrity of the brewing process through microbiology testing, analytical chemistry, and packaged product evaluations. This position, requiring rotating shifts, is crucial for maintaining quality standards and following the food safety program. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure only the highest quality products reach customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform testing on raw materials and finished products

• Check in-process products for chemical and physical specifications

• Conduct microbiological and sensory evaluations

• Communicate quality standards with brewing and packaging teams

• Maintain cleanliness in all Quality Labs

Requirements:

• Laboratory experience in quality control or assurance

• Background in brewing or beverage production preferred

• Understanding of brewing processes is an asset

• Degree in food science or related field is preferred

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
