The successful candidate will engage in product performance monitoring and enhance communication between key departments. Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and monitor company quality metrics regularly

• Write technical reports on quality levels and cost implications

• Optimize manufacturability and quality of components

• Conduct PFMEA and aid in new program implementations

• Perform internal audits to address non-conformances

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or related field

• 3+ years of quality assurance experience

• Knowledge of switch gear systems and relevant standards

• Familiarity with six sigma methodologies

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
