Position: Senior Quality Manager at EllisDon
Lead quality excellence as a Senior Quality Manager ve a culture of quality through effective team collaborations and strategic operations initiatives.

As a Senior Quality Manager, you will act as the key leader in the Area, promoting quality awareness through biweekly meetings and ongoing training.

Your role involves developing a full-time quality management team and contributing to project bids, ensuring key personnel meet unique challenges. You will also facilitate successful quality management practices and connect project teams with Corporate support resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Champion quality management excellence in daily operations

• Develop quality narratives for project bids and resource planning

• Conduct project quality audits and implement corrective actions

• Promote best practices and facilitate training workshops

• Improve quality management systems to adapt to client needs

Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture or Engineering, with 10 years' experience

• Expertise in quality improvement and risk management

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to foster team relationships across sectors

• Professional Engineering or Architecture License is an asset
