IEM is seeking an EHS Specialist dedicated to supporting manufacturing processes and personnel. With 5-10 years of EHS experience, you will ensure compliance with regulations such as WorkSafeBC. Steer incident investigations and implement safety strategies while fostering a culture of accountability within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with federal and provincial EHS regulations

• Conduct audits, risk assessments, and inspections

• Identify and implement EHS program improvements

• Perform complex incident investigations and root-cause analyses

• Maintain accurate documentation and prepare EHS training

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of EHS experience in manufacturing

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety or related field

• OFA Level 2 certification preferred
