The QC Equipment Manager plays a crucial role at IEM, overseeing the operational readiness and repair of QC test equipment. Reporting to the Test Manager, you will maintain equipment records, develop work instructions, and ensure compliance with safety protocols. This position emphasizes continuous improvement in testing processes and promotes a culture of safety in the workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote safety culture and compliance with guidelines

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and calibration

• Procure parts for equipment repairs and upgrades

• Oversee training on equipment use and safety protocols

• Conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures

Requirements:

• Associate or bachelor's degree in electrical engineering preferred

• 3-5 years of experience in electrical testing or manufacturing

• Strong understanding of electrical safety and compliance standards

• Hands-on experience with electrical test equipment

• Proficient in English and clear communication skills
