In this supervisory position, you'll oversee daily lab operations while ensuring environmental standards align with ISO 14001:2015. You will manage a team in a unionized environment, focusing on training and maintaining lab methods and equipment integrity. Your contribution is vital to achieving compliance and enhancing operational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with environmental performance objectives
• Lead training and coach lab technicians effectively
• Maintain ISO 14001:2015 EMS processes continuously
• Manage internal and external environmental reporting
• Support process adjustments through lab insights
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
• Supervisory experience in a unionized setting
• Strong knowledge of pulp and paper QA methods
• Environmental lab experience with regulatory parameters
• Familiarity with ISO 14001:2015 requirements
