Coke Night Supervisor - Quality Assurance

Key Responsibilities:

• Train and evaluate quality assurance staff effectively

• Oversee production-related activities in a union environment

• Implement Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) consistently

• Track daily activities and enforce safety protocols

• Manage and execute the Sanitation Program

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Microbiology or similar discipline

• Minimum of 2 years in a leadership role

• Solid background in ISO/Food Safety

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Knowledge of HACCP & GMP practices
