Ensure product excellence as a Quality Inspector ponsible for executing inspections, logging results, and maintaining quality standards while adhering to safety regulations.
As a Quality Inspector, you will perform critical incoming and final inspections of products to verify conformance to established standards. This role requires implementing quality assurance procedures, conducting routine tests, and continuously improving methods. You will be pivotal in ensuring product integrity and safety in the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute incoming and final inspections for products
• Log inspection results meticulously in the system
• Review mill certifications to ensure product consistency
• Generate Corrective Action Reports for non-conformances
• Perform product testing and document results
Requirements:
• Associate's degree or two years related experience
• Strong understanding of blueprints and quality documentation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds
• Strong communication skills for effective reporting
