Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect operating equipment before startup

• Monitor line settings and maintain documentation

• Assess compliance with HACCP principles

• Conduct pre-shipment and allergen checks

• Perform sensory evaluations and microbial testing

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Food Science or related field

• At least 1 year of relevant industry experience

• Basic understanding of SFCR and GFSI regulations

• Excellent problem-solving skills

• Flexibility for shift work and overtime
