Dive into psychological research with the Group Dynamics & Psychometrics lab as a part-time Research Assistant, focusing on diversity in teamwork. Engage with qualitative methodologies while transcribing data and assisting with participant recruitment.

As part of the faculty, your role involves preparing article summaries, collecting and organizing interviews, and transcribing crucial qualitative data. You'll also assist in analyzing data and preparing manuscripts for conferences, gaining valuable experience in research collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare summaries to support ongoing research

• Collect and organize individual interviews effectively

• Transcribe interview data for qualitative analysis

• Assist with participant recruitment through SONA

• Support manuscript preparations and attend research meetings

Requirements:

• Detail-oriented and self-motivated in research work

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

• Completed at least one designated research course

• Preference for candidates with experience in qualitative research

• Ability to collaborate and work independently

Support critical research initiatives that explore diversity and teamwork within the psychology domain.
