Enhance rural health through transformative research as a Research Coordinator at Brightshores Health System. Manage innovative projects to improve patient experiences and care in Owen Sound.
This full-time, temporary position focuses on the entire lifecycle of research and innovation projects within the Office of Research & Innovation. You will collaborate with stakeholders, including investigators, to ensure compliance with ethical standards and regulatory mandates. This role emphasizes your expertise in project management while addressing health care challenges in rural settings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage research and innovation projects from inception to completion
• Recruit and screen participants effectively for studies
• Collect, record, and analyze data while maintaining compliance
• Educate and train team members on study protocols
• Develop and review standard operating procedures for projects
Requirements:
• University degree in a related field
• 3+ years of experience in research project management
• Knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements
• Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• G class driver's license with access to a vehicle
