Participate in the leadership of an inspiring furniture and home décor store. As a Store Supervisor, you will collaborate with the Manager and Assistant Manager to create a positive working environment for the team and an excellent shopping experience for our customers.
Our stores are open 7 days a week, so we are looking for candidates who can work 30-40 hours per week and are available to work a variety of shifts on weekdays, weeknights, and weekends.

What You Will Do:
Guide customers in their decor choicesOpen, prepare and close the storeTrain and coach team membersSupports operational tasks for stock and merchandisingEnsure the performance of the storeMaintain the visual standards and cleanliness of the storeWhat you Bring:
At least 2 years of Retail sales experienceExperience in Customer Service LeadershipA passion for interior décor and merchandisingSelf motivated and value team workCommitment to a flexible schedule (Open to daytime, evening, and weekend shifts)The ability to lift and move loads up to 50 lbs / 23 kgWhy Join Urban Barn:
