Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Consultant role located in Surrey, BC. As a Sales Consultant at The Brick, you will provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in selecting the right furniture, appliances, and home essentials to meet their needs. You will build and maintain strong customer relationships, provide personalized consultations, and work to achieve sales targets. Other responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, demonstrating in-depth product knowledge, and creating a positive shopping experience.
Qualifications Proven skills in Sales Consulting and Consulting to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
Strong ability to deliver exceptional Customer Service and ensure Customer Satisfaction.
Effective Communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members.
Motivated to achieve sales targets and contribute to the success of the team.
Basic proficiency with sales systems and ability to manage product knowledge.
An understanding of the retail or home furnishing industry is considered an asset.
