In this critical role, you will report directly to the Store Manager, managing both associates and store operations focusing on safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include overseeing all freight handling processes, ensuring inventory accuracy, and implementing operational excellence. Engage with your team to foster a culture of safety and performance improvements, while developing strategies to drive sales and store profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee nightly freight operations and ensure timely unload processes
• Train and coach associates on operational standards and safety
• Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement
• Maintain high standards of store appearance and organization
• Manage associate performance and engagement initiatives
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience
• Knowledge of safety and operational procedures
• Strong leadership and coaching skills
• Ability to lift moderate weights for store tasks
