Location:

South Point Save-On-Foods, Surrey, BC. Full‑time, 40 hours per week. Availability for all shifts required.

• Assist in leading a team, acting as a coach, mentor, and resource.
• Foster a positive environment focused on "Always Customer First" service.
• Engage and retain team members through training, development, performance management, rewards/recognition, and identifying future leaders.
• Communicate important messages with the team.
• Develop entrepreneurial strategies using community, competitive environment, and industry knowledge to grow the business.
• Monitor stock levels accurately.

• Previous retail or customer service experience (considered an asset).
• Food Safe Certification.
• Passion for great food and outstanding customer service.

$19.25 - $22.60 per hour, based on location, education, skills, experience and other factors.
