As a Brand Ambassador, your mission is to delight every guest while embodying AEO's values. You will engage shoppers through the AEO Selling Model, educate them about our high-quality AE & Aerie products, and actively promote our loyalty programs. Operating flexibly across various store areas ensures that you meet customer needs seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use the AEO Selling Model to interact with every guest

• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products effectively

• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other initiatives

• Flexibly work across the Sales floor and Cash & Wrap

• Address guest concerns in line with company policy
Requirements:

• Interest in retail and customer service

• Availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Genuine love for AE and Aerie products

• Energetic with the ability to handle multiple tasks

• Minimum age of 16 years
