Join our retail team as an Assistant Store Manager and help shape a positive shopping experience. Collaborate with the Store Manager to optimize daily operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing retail operations while acting as Manager on Duty. Your key responsibilities will encompass supporting merchandising, addressing customer escalations, and coaching staff to improve performance. You’ll also manage cash handling duties and enforce adherence to safety and operational policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support Store Manager with operational and staffing decisions
• Assist in the merchandising and stocking of products
• Address escalated customer service issues effectively
• Coach and train team members for growth
• Conduct cash management and store opening/closing activities
Requirements:
• Minimum two years of experience in retail
• Two years in a supervisory or management position
• Open availability for shifts including weekends
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a busy environment
