In this role, you’ll support customers at RONA, answering inquiries via phone and in-store. You will be responsible for processing special orders, ensuring store inventory is well-stocked, and participating in training sessions to boost your product expertise. Your contributions will help maintain an efficient store atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with their electrical product needs
• Prepare and confirm special orders with details
• Ensure store merchandising and inventory are current
• Monitor promotional events and keep the team informed
• Attend training sessions to improve selling techniques
Requirements:
• Solid customer service and selling abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in a customer-oriented position
• Ability to manage medium to heavy lifting duties
