Enhance sales and customer service as a Team Lead at Clarks in Surrey, BC. This part time role supports store operations and boosts team performance under your guidance.
Clarks is seeking a dynamic Part Time Team Lead to oversee store functions and drive sales strategies. In this role, you will manage day-to-day operations in the absence of the Store Manager, ensuring that our high standards of customer service are maintained. Your focus on coaching will cultivate a strong, effective team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage store operations whenever the Store Manager is unavailable
• Achieve sales results consistently and positively
• Organize the store layout and manage back stock
• Supervise inbound shipments and maintain a clean store
• Train staff and ensure adherence to policies
Requirements:
• Previous experience in retail leadership is preferred
• Strong orientation towards customer service is essential
• Ability to stand for long periods is required
• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs when necessary
• Proven skills in managing and organizing teams
