We are looking for a agile Part Time Team Lead to support our store operations s role involves managing the store in the absence of the Store Manager, optimizing sales strategies, and upholding Clarks’ reputation for outstanding customer service. A solid focus on coaching and developing team members will ensure our high standards are met.

Key Responsibilities   Manage store functions when Store Manager is unavailable
Achieve consistent, positive sales results
Organize store layout and manage back stock
Supervise inbound shipments and maintain cleanliness
Provide staff training and ensure policy adherence
Requirements   Retail leadership experience preferred
Solid customer service orientation
Ability to remain on feet for extended periods
Capability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
Proven skills in team management and organization
