As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will supervise staff, including apprentices and the design team. Key responsibilities also include assigning tasks, hiring, training, and overseeing the return of merchandise. You will manage work schedules while ensuring effective sales operations at our head office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage retail staff members

• Assign duties to sales team for efficient operations

• Hire and train new staff or coordinate training sessions

• Authorize merchandise returns as needed

• Establish and monitor work schedules for staff

Requirements:

• Secondary school graduation certificate required

• Experience in retail or supervisory roles is an asset

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Must be able to work on-site at the head office

• Commitment to a non-smoking work environment
