Position: Team Lead for Kiokii at Guildford )
Lead the Kiokii team at our new Guildford Town Centre location, delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales. We need a passionate leader ready to inspire and elevate store performance.
As a Team Lead, you will embody Kiokii’s retail values while assisting in daily operations and guiding store associates.

Your role will include maintaining store standards, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and addressing customer inquiries effectively. You will support our staffing efforts and facilitate training, all while aiming to meet key sales metrics.

Key Responsibilities   Oversee daily store operations efficiently
Provide training and support to store associates
Maintain conditions meeting company and health standards
Drive sales performance through target achievement
Address customer issues and elevate when needed
Requirements   Minimum 1 year in retail, leadership experience preferred
Passion for the Asian beauty industry and markets
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
Knowledgeable in retail operations and customer service standards
