Position: On-Site Retail Store Supervisor Needed
Lead the way in retail management as an On-Site Retail Store Supervisor. This position requires a hands-on approach to staff supervision and merchandise operations at our head office location.

In the role of Retail Store Supervisor, you will manage and support a team of employees, ensuring they are trained and performing to the best of their abilities. Your responsibilities will include hiring, establishing work schedules, and overseeing payroll, along with managing returns and performance reviews, to create a productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise both office and volunteer staff effectively

• Assign daily sales duties to team members

• Hire new personnel and coordinate their training

• Authorize merchandise returns accurately

• Maintain efficient work schedules for the team

Requirements:

• Must possess a secondary (high) school graduation certificate

• Previous experience in retail or supervisory roles preferred

• Strong management and communication skills

• Work only on-site in a non-smoking environment

• Familiarity with payroll and performance evaluation processes
