• Salary: $44.72 per hour / 40 hours per week

• Direct and control daily operations
• Evaluate daily operations
• Plan and organize daily operations
• Manage staff and assign duties
• Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors’ operations on sales
• Locate, select and procure merchandise for resale
• Develop and implement marketing strategies
• Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
• Determine staffing requirements
• Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
• Supervise office and volunteer staff (3–4 people)

• Experience managing daily operations and supervising staff
• Knowledge of market research, sales, inventory, and budgeting
• Computer literacy:
  Electronic mail
• Physical capability to sit, stand, walk, and lift as needed
• Personal suitability: energetic, time management, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organized, team player, ability to multitask
• Eligibility to work in Canada: permanent resident or temporary resident with a valid work permit
