Become our on-site Store Manager, overseeing daily operations while leading staff and client interactions directly. This role requires hands-on management and decision-making.
We are looking for a dedicated Store Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for organizing store operations and managing a staff of employees while providing excellent service to customers. A high school diploma and a minimum of two years of experience are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize daily operational tasks for the store
• Supervise staff and delegate responsibilities
• Decide on merchandise and services to be sold
• Assess and fulfill staffing requirements
• Address and resolve customer issues and supply shortages
Requirements:
• Must have a secondary (high) school diploma
• 2–3 years of management experience required
• Proficiency in English
• Ability to conduct staff performance reviews
• Must work on-site without remote options
