• Organize backroom product and follow Backroom Inventory Management (BIMI) processes
• Use PDT and MMS systems to perform daily tasks
• Manage Exit Strategy and Product Return as directed
• Expertise in assigned areas of product inventory, product placement and expiry dates
• Maintain store standards related to image and trends
• Ensure product displays are consumer focused and shoppable
• Receive merchandise in accordance with receiving policies and procedures
• Maintain a neat and organized backroom according to principles of backroom organization
• Ensure proper documentation is completed with respect to the receiving and return of goods
• Support Front Store Manager / Assistant Front Store Manager in maintaining quality and standards
• Clean image to customers in accordance with uniform policy and dress code
• Takes initiative to acknowledge and assist customers in the aisles
• Comply with all health and safety regulations
• Comply with all store standards
• Comply with loss prevention policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as required
