As a Seasonal Associate, you will play a key role in providing customers with excellent shopping experiences at Hot Topic. You will utilize your knowledge of music and pop culture to assist customers and maintain the store's vibrant atmosphere. Your tasks will include process sales transactions, ensuring the store's visual appeal, and supporting team communication.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging shopping experiences to drive customer loyalty
• Keep assigned areas visually appealing and well-stocked
• Handle sales transactions at the register
• Relay current music and fashion trends to management
• Organize the stockroom and tidy the sales floor
Requirements:
• Previous retail experience preferred
• Exceptional customer service and selling abilities
• Minimum age requirement of 16 years
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Capable of handling physical tasks, including lifting boxes up to 50 pounds
