As a Store Key Holder, you will assist the Store Manager and Supervisor in overseeing daily business activities. This position requires strong management, communication, and organizational skills. You will coach employees, process transactions, and maintain cleanliness while ensuring high performance standards across the store.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage staff in the absence of the Store Manager
• Delegate tasks to employees and follow up on execution
• Process cash transactions accurately at the POS
• Assist in unloading deliveries weighing over 50 lbs
• Ensure a clean and safe store environment
Requirements:
• Experience with MS Office applications
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with multitasking ability
• Retail experience is an asset
• Flexible availability for 12 to 25 hours per week
