- Secure and Manage Merchandise Ensures high-ticket merchandise is properly secured in designated locations in accordance with Company procedures.
- Receive and Process Deliveries Processes direct and local shipments promptly, including OMNI merchandise, alcohol, and warehouse trailer deliveries, to support timely movement of merchandise to the sales floor.
- Receiving Area Organization and Documentation Maintains a clean and organized receiving area by preparing returns, claims, and MTRs for shipment and completing all required documentation accurately.
- Safety and Equipment Use Follows and promotes safe work practices, including proper lifting techniques and safe use of box cutters, pallet jacks, ladders, and other equipment.
- Team Collaboration and Issue Resolution Works closely with the Operations Manager and Office Support Associate to identify and resolve receiving issues or discrepancies efficiently.
- Security and Key Control Compliance Safeguards backdoor access and key controls to ensure compliance with Company guidelines and security standards.
- Cold Chain and Quality Compliance Follows cold chain procedures to maintain product quality, including documenting required information using the Receiving Temperature Log or Sure Check App.
- Associate Training and Support Trains and supports other Directs Store Delivery Associates to ensure consistent adherence to receiving processes and standards.
- Flexibility (Availability/Work Schedule) Be open to working a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs. Your adaptability helps ensure the store runs smoothly and customers receive consistent, high-quality service. Availability from 6AM.
- Manages overnight hours effectively and plans accordingly to stay energized and focused.
- Effectively manages work hours and plans ahead to maintain energy and focus throughout the shift.
- Handles a fast-paced workload with efficiency, ensuring large volumes of restocking and recovery are completed accurately and on time.
- Performs physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, bending, and lifting inventory, equipment, or supplies weighing up to 20 lbs., and occasionally up to 50 lbs.

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $18.55.
