Grocery Associate

• Maintain Grocery Department Standards – keep the grocery department clean, organized, and properly zoned to ensure it is customer‑ready at all times.
• Stock Rotation and Product Quality – rotate merchandise regularly and remove expired or damaged products to maintain freshness and quality.
• Pricing, Signing, and Inventory Accuracy – ensure merchandise is correctly signed and priced, following established procedures for ordering, clearance, markups and markdowns, signing, flagging, pricing, and labeling.
• Food Safety and Sanitation – follow food safety, handling, sanitation, and cleaning procedures to maintain a safe and hygienic work environment.
• Stocking and Modular Execution – maintain a fully stocked department, complete down‑stocking as required, apply product protection when needed, and set and complete modulars, including flex modulars and new shelf caps.
• Health and Safety Compliance – follow all Health and Safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a safe, clean, and hazard‑free workplace.
• Flexibility (Availability/Work Schedule) – be open to working a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.

• High Task Volume in a Fast‑Paced Environment – manage overnight hours effectively, plan accordingly, and maintain energy and focus throughout the shift.
• Physical Demands – stand for extended periods, bend, lift inventory, equipment, or supplies weighing up to 20 lbs. and occasionally up to 50 lbs., and perform repetitive stocking, zoning, and organizing tasks with attention to detail.

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $18.40.
