Join Sephora Canada as a full-time Operations Consultant and enhance store efficiency with your expertise. Collaborate with the Operations Supervisor on stockroom organization and client service during business hours.
This position focuses on both client interaction and operational duties. As an Operations Consultant, you will provide professional service to clients and assist in training cashiers on Point-Of-Sale systems. Expect to maintain high standards of cleanliness and participate in inventory control to reduce losses and enhance store presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver friendly client service throughout store hours
• Assist in cashier training on POS and MPOS systems
• Maintain cleanliness in the cashier zone and stockroom
• Process shipments and maintain stockroom organization
• Communicate inventory issues to supervisors
Requirements:
• 1-2 years in retail/client service, preferably in stockroom
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Effective communication and time management skills
• Ability to multi-task in a busy environment
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
