Clarks Outlet in Surrey, BC is seeking a Part Time Team Lead to join our store team. You will help manage daily operations, assist customers, and support sales goals while upholding Clarks brand standards.
The role requires strong leadership, a passion for retail, and the ability to train and coach team members in policies with a focus on service quality and loss prevention. Flexibility with shifts is preferred.
