In this vital role, you will act as the Manager on Duty and be integral to maintaining Clarks' positive sales performance. Key Responsibilities:
• Act as Manager on Duty in absence of Store Manager
• Achieve and drive positive sales results
• Maintain organized store merchandise and back stock
• Oversee receipt of shipments and cleanliness
• Train employees on store policies and procedures
Requirements:
• Previous retail leadership experience is a plus
• Strong customer service mindset
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Skilled in merchandising practices
• Willingness to stand for extended periods
