As a Seasonal Customer Experience Representative, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing customer interactions and store ambiance. Your responsibilities include supporting daily store operations, managing inventory, and engaging with customers to share the joy of reading. Demonstrating adaptability, you'll work flexibly during busy retail hours, ensuring every customer feels valued and connected.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily store operations before or after closing

• Conduct inventory counts and manage product returns

• Create visually appealing merchandise displays

• Engage and connect with customers on the sales floor

• Curate product collections tailored to individual customers

Requirements:

• Experience in specialty retail preferred

• Enthusiastic about creating exceptional customer experiences

• Ability to lift items up to 40 pounds

• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

• Bilingualism required for positions in Québec
