As Store Manager, you guide, develop, and inspire associates to deliver The Sunglass Hut Experience. You drive sales, maintain brand standards, and support store operations. The position requires leadership experience, critical thinking, and operational expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver sales plans and company objectives using experience tools
Drive personal and store goals through identified sales opportunities
Coach, mentor, develop, and inspire the store team
Recruit, hire, and train associates for staffing needs
Maintain operational policies, procedures, and brand standards
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent qualification
At least two years of previous leadership experience
Expertise across every aspect of store operations
Detail-oriented approach to store management responsibilities
