Lead Sunglass Hut store performance through sales execution, team coaching, and customer service as an on-the-floor Store Manager.
As Store Manager, you guide, develop, and inspire associates to deliver The Sunglass Hut Experience. You drive sales, maintain brand standards, and support store operations. The position requires leadership experience, critical thinking, and operational expertise.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver sales plans and company objectives using experience tools
- Drive personal and store goals through identified sales opportunities
- Coach, mentor, develop, and inspire the store team
- Recruit, hire, and train associates for staffing needs
- Maintain operational policies, procedures, and brand standards
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- At least two years of previous leadership experience
- Expertise across every aspect of store operations
- Detail-oriented approach to store management responsibilities
- Critical thinking for operational execution
