Seasonal Retail Sales Associate

Deliver personalized product recommendations and exceptional customer service as a Seasonal Sales Associate supporting retail store operations. Maintain strong visual merchandising standards daily.

This Sales Associate position supports customers, transactions, stocking, and store presentation. You will build product knowledge, communicate product features, and drive sales through suggestive selling. The position also supports the Store Manager with reports and special projects.

• Greet customers and understand their individual needs
• Provide personalized product recommendations and product information
• Process transactions accurately through the Point of Sale system
• Receive shipments and replenish sales floor inventory
• Maintain merchandise organization, cleanliness, and visual presentation

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand, move throughout stores, and lift 25 pounds
