Lead Guest Services and store operations at Spencer's while driving sales, profitability, merchandising, and inventory control.
The Store Manager oversees a Spencer's location and remains accountable for its operation. This position requires prior retail management experience, human resources management, expense control, and shrinkage oversight. The manager also maintains merchandising and inventory control according to Company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain Guest Services
- Oversee daily operation of the store
- Drive maximum sales and profitability
- Control expenses and shrinkage
- Manage merchandising and inventory control
- Prior retail management experience required
- Minimum age requirement of 21
- Ability to stand and walk over eight hours
- Ability to climb ladders during store operations
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
