As a vital part of the CMH team, this role requires expertise in ski and snowboard maintenance while guiding guest satisfaction through retail product knowledge. Your technical skills and attention to detail will ensure smooth operations in our remote locations around Revelstoke, Golden, and Valemount. Expect to work split shifts while enjoying camaraderie and a supportive work culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and service skis, snowboards, and bindings
• Manage equipment and retail inventory accurately
• Process transactions in the retail shop efficiently
• Ensure a clean and welcoming work environment
• Assist with ski program radio duties as necessary
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in the ski/board industry
• At least 1 year of retail experience
• Experience with inventory management essential
• Background in luxury hospitality preferred
• Salomon Certification is a plus
