Assistant Fashion Store Manager Dynamite

Lead fashion retail operations at Dynamite as an Assistant Manager, using customer focus and sales leadership to strengthen the shopping experience. This Guildford Town Centre opportunity centers on daily store leadership, team performance, and operational efficiency.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will assist with all aspects of store operations. You will help optimize sales results, maintain brand and visual merchandising standards, and support traffic across sales floor and digital platforms. The position also contributes to inventory management, shipment processing, replenishment, and eCom fulfillment.

• Assist the Store Manager with daily store operations
• Lead teams to optimize sales results and efficiency
• Maintain brand and visual merchandising standards
• Process shipments and replenish the sales floor
• Complete eCom order fulfillment and manage inventory

• High school diploma; business education is an asset
• Two years of management experience, preferably in fashion clothing
• Passion for fashion and a customer-oriented approach
• Strong decision-making, organization, and multitasking skills
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
