Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome clients warmly and anticipate their needs
• Operate cash wrap efficiently and accurately
• Suggest additional products and promote gift cards
• Process shipments and maintain stockroom cleanliness
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer inquiries
Requirements:
• 1+ year of retail experience in luxury environments
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competition
• Strong communication and customer service abilities
• Flexible schedule availability, including weekends
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and manage stockroom tasks
